We are based in the UK and ship using Royal Mail.

We offer domestic and International Shipping. Delivery costs and times will vary depending on the destination. You will see the available shipping options and costs at checkout before you finalise your purchase.

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number where applicable. You can use this number to track your delivery via the shipper's website.

Please note, cards will not be shipped by tracked post.

Returns

Upon receipt of the returned goods, once approved, we will refund you in full (including original shipping costs) to the original payment method, within 14 days of the return

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have in line with the terms stated in the policy.  Once the return is accepted and refund processed, make a separate purchase for the new item.
